Unable to find objects uploaded using the Capture option in DS Flex Mobile

Any objects that are uploaded using DS Flex Mobile get uploaded to the root collection in DS Flex. Currently there is no option to choose where to save the file in DSFlex. The file will need to be manually moved from the root Collection to the target location after it is uploaded.
