Double Clicking a Document Object from DocuShare Outlook Client Causes Outlook to Crash
Note: This applies to DocuShare Client 6.5.1.
Double clicking a document object from DocuShare Outlook Client causes outlook to crash. This has been reported when using MS Office Documents as well as with Acrobat X documents.
Typically a Microsoft Outlook pop up window is displayed with a message stating that “Microsoft Outlook has stopped working”.
Fixed with DSClient build 33 available at https://docushare.xerox.com/doug/dsweb/View/Collection-14713.
Note: This has not been fully QA tested on all 32bit and 64bit platforms.
