How to find which version of DocuShare Flex you have installed?

Note: You must have Coordinator privileges to find the version information in DocuShare Flex.

1. Log in as Coordinator. If you do not have Coordinator privileges you will need contact your site Coordinator.

2. Select Help | About.

The major version is listed at the top under About Xerox DocuShare Flex Content Management

Example:

About Xerox DocuShare Flex Content Management 

2.00.00.C1 (3078)

Then look at the Updates section for the latest patch installed to tell the version.

Example:

Updates: [dsFlexContentEncryption,dsflex20hf2-B3116,dsflex20-B3116LP,dsflex25p1-B3685,dsflex25-B3693LP,dsflex25p1-B3693,dsflexWebforms-B3671]

This indicates that the version is 2.5 with patch 1.
