How to download the DocuShare Flex Logs
Note: User must be logged with a Co-Ordinator
role to have access to download the logs.
Click
Administration. Click
the Services and Components menu and
select Services Log. Click
Download logs. A pop-up dialog box
will display place a check mark in all three checkboxes if not already done,
then click Download.
Once
the logs have been downloaded locally, upload to the Customer Case Collection on
the DoUG site for review.
