How to deactivate or reactivate a user account in Docushare Flex
You can deactivate a
user account when the user no longer needs access to a DocuShare Flex site.
accounts are not counted towards the number of licensed users. However,
accounts remain in the system so you can later reactivate an account.
Note: Deactivating a
user account does not delete the account from the LDAP server.
However, a deactivated
user account does not count against the maximum number of users
licensed for the site.
To deactivate or
reactivate a user account:
to the web UI.
the sidebar, click Users & Groups.
the user account that you want to deactivate and select the checkbox next to
the Selected Actions menu, select Deactivate.
Note: To reactivate a deactivated user account,
select Reactivate from the Selected Actions menu.
