Unable to create a new user in Flex

Note: This applies to DocuShare Flex.

Issue

Logged in as coordinator role, when trying to create a new user in Flex the following error is displayed:

Solution

Verify that the password that is being set meets the minimum password requirements below.

Default Password Policy:

·                     At least one uppercase

·                     At least one lowercase

·                     At least one number

·                     At least one special character:  ~`!@#$%^&*()-_=+\\|[{]};:'\",<.>/?

·                     At least 8 characters long

·                     Max length: 40

·                     Max age: 90 days

·                     When this age is reached, the password will be invalidated.
