How to save a search in DocuShare Flex
Note: This applies to
DocuShare Flex.
After running a simple
or quick search, you can save the search query so you can run the same search
again at a later time.
To save a search:
1.
Run
a search.
2.
On
the Search Results page, click Save Search.
3.
In
the Save Search window, enter a Title and optional Summary. Then click Save.
The search is saved under Saved Searches on the Search
page. You can rerun the search by clicking its title.
How to change a saved
search
You can change both the
query and view settings of a saved search.
To change a saved
search:
1.
On
the sidebar, click Search. The Search page is displayed.
2.
Click
Saved Searches.
3.
Locate
the saved search and click its Settings icon.
4.
Click
the Search Query tab.
5.
Make
the changes you want and then click Save.
