Workflow Template Membership is Not Updated When Used in Content Rules
Note: This applies to DocuShare 6.6.1 Update 1
& 2 and DocuShare 6.6.1 R2.
Issue
Workflow
Template Membership is not updated when used in Content Rules.
Reason / Possible Cause
There
is a LDAP synchronization issue causing the workflow template membership to not
update when using content rules.
Solution
1.
Verify that
Update 2 is installed. (If Update
2 is not installed, it should be installed).
2.
Download and run the dsfix26760 utility.
Note: The Utility

You must also enable the Listener option for
the Domain in DocuShare. This is under Admin
Home | Account Management | Domains section.
Note: Be
sure to install the HF3 for the SQL Injection once at DocuShare 6.6.1 Update2/R2.
