Missing image file error displayed in DSServer log after Attempting to Scan to DocuShare
Issue
GlyphScan jobs are not showing up in DocuShare.
The following error is displayed in the <dshome>\logs\DSServer.stdout file.
Error: Missing image file
Reason / Possible Cause
This error is caused when the scan service’s watch directory is set to the built in Xerox\Glyphscan\Watchdirectory.
There is an internal conflict when this directory is used and DocuShare deletes the source file while trying to ingest it.
Solution
Create an SMB folder outside of this directory. For Example: Xerox\Docushare\Scans.
