Is Internet Explorer 10 Supported?

DocuShare 7 currently supports the following Web Browser versions:

• Microsoft Edge 25.10586.0.0
• Microsoft Internet Explorer 10
• Microsoft Internet Explorer 11
• Mozilla Firefox: latest ESR
• Apple Safari: latest on OSX and iOS.
• Google Chrome: latest

Note: For the most recent information on supported browsers refer to http://docushare.xerox.com/products/systemreqs/.

Workaround

Note: This applies to DocuShare 6.6.1 and below. This does NOT apply to DocuShare 7. DocuShare 7 does not support the use of compatibility mode.

Internet Explorer 10 is supported (in compatibility view).

To enable compatibility view settings by doing the following:

1.       From Internet Explorer 10, select Tools.

2.       Select Compatibility View Settings.

3.       Enable the option to display intranet sites in compatibility view.

4.       Refresh the  web page.
