Xerox DocuShare 6.0.1/DocuShare CPX 6.0.1
Update 3 Release Notes
Document Approval and Routing
· When creating a routing task, do not route a document to more than 100 recipients.
Installation and Upgrade
· Reinstall language packs - If you installed a 6.0.1 language pack before installing 6.0.1 Update 3, then you will need to reinstall the language pack.
· Upgrades on sites using DB2 - If your site uses the DB2 database, then before upgrading make sure the database name, tablespace name, index tablespace name, and large tablespace name are correctly specified on the Services and Components|Database page in the Admin UI.
Searching and Indexing
· Indexing OpenOffice ODT format documents - To have ODT format documents indexed, you need to edit the MimeTypes.xml file located in the <DSHome>/config directory. Locate the MIME type entries application/vnd.sun.xml.writer, application/vnd.sun.xml.calc, and application/vnd.sun.xml.impress and change index="false" abstract="false" to index="true" abstract="true".
Note: You must run dsindex index_all after installing the update to rebuild the search indexes.
Update 3 includes the Autonomy K2v621 update.
The following files are replaced during installation of this patch. You must merge any customized VDF files from your site with the new VDF files.
Fixes in Release 6.0.1 Update 3
The Background ACL Chunk Size property on the Database page is now set to 500. Installation of Update 3 resets any previous value to 500.

Setting the resource of a workflow succeeds when attribute values are saved into DWE_WF_Attribute.String_Value.
A system error does not occur when opening a canceled routing task for a draft document that was to be routed before added to a collection.
The graphical view of a workflow in the Administration UI displays correctly on Linux systems.
When using a saved Routing Slip that specifies an escalation if the task is not complete within a time period, the time period begins when the document is added to the collection and not when the Routing Slip was created.
