DocuShare Outlook Client Is Not Displaying All Content or Collections
Note: This issue applies to Office 2010 with DocuShare Outlook Client Installed.
The DocuShare section in Outlook is not displaying all the content and/or Collections that should be available.
1. Verify that the User that is mapped to DocuShare has permission to the collections they are missing.
2. Select Refresh manually in DocuShare Outlook Client by doing the following:
a. Open Outlook 2010.
b. Select DocuShare tab along the top of the screen.
Example: From left to right File => Home => Send/Receive => Folder => View => Add-ins => DocuShare.
c. Click Refresh and wait for it to finish.
d. Once the progress bar disappears scroll down to DocuShare tree in Outlook and expand it to reveal the collections, it should now be up-to-date.
