DocuShare Outlook Client Does Not Appear in Outlook
After installing DocuShare Outlook Client (DSOLClient), DocuShare does not appear in the Outlook folder list although a server is mapped, the add-in is enabled and the DocuShare ribbon is present.
Reason / Possible Cause
A third party application called Act.Outlook.Service.exe by sage Software could conflict with the DSOLClient install.
If this application is installed and running please ensure all processes are properly terminated during the DocuShare Windows Client install.
