Features Not Working Or Viewing Correctly in Internet Explorer 10

Note: This solution applies to Internet Explorer 10 (IE 10).

Issue

Sometimes a few of the features don’t work because of the compatibility of the browser used.

Solution

Note: This does NOT apply to DocuShare 7. DocuShare 7 does not support the use of compatibility mode.

To enable compatibility view on IE10:

1.       From Internet Explorer 10, select Tools.

2.       Select Compatibility View Settings.

3.       Enable the option to display intranet sites in compatibility view.

4.       Refresh the  web page.
