Unable to Connect to MFD using ConnectKey For DocuShare
1. Verify that the MFD is supported for use with ConnectKey for DocuShare.
Note: A list of supported MFPs is available through your sales representative or online at https://www.office.xerox.com/en-us/software-solutions/xerox-connectkey-docushare
2. Verify that MFP is EIP Enabled.
3. DocuShare Server antivirus software and firewall must be configured to allow unrestricted communication between target MFPs and ConnectKey.
4. Verify that the MFP’s webpage can be successfully brought up and logged into via a web browser from the DocuShare Server.
5. If customer is using HTTP Proxy settings verify that machine is at the latest firmware release.
