User cannot move files from Outlook into DocuShare

Issue

The following error is displayed when trying to move files from Outlook to DocuShare.

DocuShare Error: Cannot move the items. The item cannot be moved. It was either already moved or deleted, or access was denied.

To verify and isolate the issue:

Try moving a file from Outlook to Windows Desktop.

The following Microsoft Error will be displayed:

Not enough quota is available to process this command.

Reason / Possible Cause

This is not a DocuShare issue. This typically happens if the Windows Page file usage is high.

Workaround

Try closing some applications and then attempting to perform the move again.
