OPCapture15EXE Error

Issue

OCR Add-on crashes the OPCapture15.exe process

The follow errors will be displayed in the logs:

If docushare is started from the command line the following error is displayed.

OPCapture15EXE.exe has stopped working

Solution

1.     Search for the msvcr71.dll file.

2.     Copy file into the <dshome>\lib\ocr\bin directory if it is not already there.

3.     Search for the msvcp71.dll file. 

4.     Copy file into the  <dshome>\lib\ocr\bin directory if it is not already there.

5.     Restart DocuShare
