DocuShare Homepage is not displaying in the web browser after installation

Issue

DocuShare will not load in the browser. Even though it is started and running fine.

Solution

The root name is case sensitive.  If a user is entering the correct root name in the browser,  but the case is not correct then the site will not load in the web browser.

For example: 

The root name if the root name is ds661R2.

·         If  the URL http://127.0.0.1:8080/ds661r2 is used the page will not display.

·         If  the URL http://127.0.0.1:8080/ds661R2 is used the DocuShare page will display in the web browser.
