Can Scan To Email And Email Agent Both Be Enabled At The Same Time?

Yes they can be.  However each service must have a unique dedicated email account on the mail server for DocuShare.

Example:

·         Scan to email uses:  docusharescans@domain.com

·         Email Agent uses:  docushareagent@domain.com
