Authentication Error Displayed When Trying to Connect to DocuShare with the Mobile Connector

Issue

The following error is displayed when trying to connect to DocuShare with the DocuShare Mobile Connector.

Error: Authentication Failed

Solution

One or more credentials are invalid.

Check that the following are valid.

1.     Username

2.     Password

3.     Domain

Note:  The Domain is case sensitive.  If needed refer to the DocuShare webpage and view the domain listed,
