When changing permissions on a Collection a Message from webpage is displayed

Note:  This applies to DocuShare Servers that have Update 3 installed.

When attempting to change the permission on a Collection a Message from webpage window will display with the following :

You are about to change the permission of a large number of objects.  Undoing the changes can be time-consuming.  Are you sure you want to do  this?

Note:  This error will display no matter what size the collection is or how many documents.  The message does not display if you are changing the permissions on a document object.

This message was put in place as to warn the users of the implications of changing permissions on Collections. 

·         If the user wants to change the permissions on the entire Collection then they should click Yes.

·         If the user does not want to change the permissions on the entire Collection then they now have the option to Cancel the operation  before it is submitted and perform the permission change again at a later date or time if required.
