Unable To Open DocuShare Collections in Outlook 2010

Note:  This applies to Outlook 2010

Issue

Unable to open the DocuShare collections in outlook 2010.

A Microsoft Outlook popup window displays the following message.

Outlook cannot display this view.

Solution

1. Select the View Tab in Outlook.
2. Clear the checkbox labeled  Show as Conversation.
