AutoStore button greyed out on MFP
Issue
The
AutoStore button is greyed out on MFP and cannot be selected.
Reason / Possible
Cause
This
issue can happen if the CentreWare Internet Services (CWIS) has been disabled
of the MFP.
Solution
Enable
the CWIS.
To
enable the CWIS:
a.
At
the MFP touch screen, log into tools.
b.
Type
the admin username and password for the machine.
Note: The default username
and password for the machine is admin and 1111.
However, depending on the machine model the default username and
password may be different.
c.
Select
Network Settings |
Advanced Settings
d.
Http Setting then select
enable.
