When using Outlook Integration for DocuShare Drive there are no objects listed in the right window pane
Note: This applies to
Outlook Integration and DocuShare Drive (DSDrive).
Issue
When
using the DS Drive Outlook Integration the mapped server is displayed in the
left pane but there are no objects listed in the right pane.
The
DsDrive logs from the Checked Build show the error as:

Reason / Possible Cause
The
show as conversation and special sorting order options are not supported.
Solution
Disable
show as conversation and reset the view in Outlook.
To
disable show as conversation and rest the view in Outlook:
Open
Microsoft Outlook. Select
the View tab. Remove
the checkmark from the checkbox labeled Show
as Conversations displayed along the top, then click Reset View. This
may require that Outlook is restarted after resetting the View settings.
