Collection configuration for auto routing is not working

Issue

After configuring a collection for auto routing it is not working. Example: Route before publish option.

Reason/Possible cause

Auto routing is limited to adding content using the web UI. The ability to route before publish is not an available option for other methods of adding content to DocuShare. For example: custom applications, Content Intake Sockets (CIM Sockets), DocuShare Drive, etc.

Workaround

Content Rules should be used instead of auto routing if you require this ability and are using a different method to add content.
