How to use PSR to record replication steps

Note: This applies to Windows 7, 8.1 and 10.

Note: Any text that is typed will not be recorded, with the exception of function and shortcut keys.

1.     Launch the Problem Step Recorder (PSR) using one of the following methods:

Click Start | Windows Accessories | Steps Recorder or search for PSR in Windows 10.

Click Start | Accessories | Problem Step Recorder in Windows 7 and 8.1.

2.     From the Steps Recorder click Start Record.

3.     Reproduce the issue (you can pause and resume recording if needed).

4.     Click Stop Record once the issue has been reproduced.

5.     Select Save (it will be a zip file).

6.     Upload the file to your Case Collection.
