Custom Alternating Images not displaying correctly

Note: This applies to DocuShare 7.

Issue

Images are skewed or cut off after changing images in the <dshome>\tomcat\webapps\docushare\en\images\ directory.

Solution

Verify that the images are a minimum of 820 x 346 pixels or 1256 x 500 pixels if you are using hi-resolution displays.  They can be JPG/PNG/GIF image formats.

Note: DocuShare needs to be stopped when making changes to the image files and restarted again after the changes are made.  Do not change the image files without backing up the original files to a different location.
