DocuShare Drive is unable to checkout PDF files if using a Proxy
Issue
When
attempting to Checkout a PDF using Docushare Drive (DSDrive) the Adobe Splash
screen loads but the Document Does not.
Reason / Possible Cause
If
there is a Proxy Server being used please check to ensure there are no settings
enabled that are using Disk Cache at the Proxy.
